Discovery Foundation

Support Discovery Foundation

Sponsoring Children and Donations will help us grow our nation of confident Kiwi kids reaching their full potentials and as registered charitable entity (CC25089) under the Charities Act 2005 donations are tax deductible.

As a youth charity we rely on the financial assistance of the public, corporates, trusts and foundations through sponsorships, donations and bequests to deliver our programmes. We aim to make the value of Discovery programmes accessible and affordable to all New Zealand families.

Not only do we have costs associated with programme delivery but other aspects such as office administration, storage, transport and information evenings are all necessary and costly functions.

There are several ways in which you can make a donation to Discovery Foundation.

  • Online Donation with credit card (tax deduction receipt issued) and 100% goes to Discovery (no fees charged)
  • Cash Donation - to Discovery and/or towards scholarships (you choose)
  • General, project and specific funding
  • Partial and full course placement scholarships
  • Bequests
  • Corporate Partnerships
  • Gifts in kind
  • Volunteering

Recognising contributions is a priority for us and we would gratefully discuss this with you. For instance recipients of scholarships are all asked to provide feedback on the positive impact the scholarship has had on their and their families' lives.
Donate here now with your credit card and 100% goes towards Discovery - tax deduction receipt immediately issued : note that a new window or tab will open for

Alternatively donations can be accepted via Paypal (unlike Givealittle above, fees to Discovery apply):
